I can't express how great my experience was with this company. The salesman, Mike Rowe was amazing
to work with. He made us feel like we were old friends, not just another customer. All of the staff are very
friendly. The cars are surprisingly low mileage (20,000 on the one I purchased) and the trade in value
they gave us was the same we were offered by a large Ford dealership, so we know they are fair. The car

I called Universal Auto plaza just before they opened at 9 am on Friday 01/22/2021. A salesman named Dennis came on the
line, I told him what I wanted and that I did not have a ride to the dealership in blue Springs, Mo, Dennis
immediately told me to let them get the dealership open and then he would call me and come and pick
me up in the vehicle that I was looking at on line. I bought that vehicle after the test drive.
Universal is a great place to shop and buy a vehicle. Easy and fast.
